Nathan samples Innovation an American Pale Ale from Adnams Brewery in Southwold in Suffolk & 7 Giraffes Ale infused w/ Elderflower & Lemon Zest from The Williams Brothers Brewery in Alloa Scotland.
Nathan tries a Kings Thorn Pinot Gris and The Crossings Pinot Noir both from New Zealand. He then sees how well they go with Haddock and Chips
I attended the very 1st Ferdies Foodlab at it’s Grade 2 Listed space in Aldgate. It was a fantastic evening.

-microTatins Bana – passion fruit & sorbet – banana & white choc sauce
-Seville Zebras and BOO Chocs (Black Olive & Salted Orange)
Nathan tries Sainbury’s Taste the Difference Dun Leire 8 year old Single Malt Irish Whiskey from the Cooley Distillery in the heart of the Cooley Peninsula in North East Ireland
This Brewski Report Nathan is tasting Hopping Hare Triple Hopped Ale from Badger Ales in Dorset & Monsieur Rock from Sharp’s Brewery in Cornwall. He laso matches the beers with a tasty Croque-monsieur with the Monsieur Rock rather fittingly coming out on top.
